One thing we hear most often when prospective students come to visit is just how homey our campus feels. We take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment to learn and work, and hope that you'll come visit us soon.
Your first stop in the Foster Building will be at our front office, where the front office staff is happy to answer any questions that you have about our school or programs. You'll also want to visit our extensive and unique library that boasts over 6000 holdings of books and media in the midwifery arts and sciences. The Foster Building also has a large community kitchen that serves as a gathering spot for students. Upstairs is our theory classroom and staff offices. In the basement, you'll find a skills classroom and an additional staff office.
We opened the doors to our Carlton House in 2010. The upstairs is dedicated to our Birthingway Breastfeeding Center, which offers free breastfeeding support to nursing mothers and families. Carlton House also has a large classroom space with a learning kitchen for courses like Plant Medicine. We have an additional staff office in the upstairs of Carlton House.
