Info about the series: Lots of birth art, videos, and movement with a focus on natural childbirth. Topics include nutrition and breastfeeding, massage techniques, story telling. Will briefly discuss hospital protocols and interventions. Anyone who plans to attend the birth is welcome to come to the classes.
