As a student labor doula, I am passionate about giving families the opportunity to choose their own birth experience. I believe prenatal and postpartum care is just as important as the labor process. I will be there to provide you with continuous physical, emotional and educational support from the first time we meet. My goal is to help you and your partner create a calm and safe environment for your baby to be born into and to ensure the most positive birth story possible.

Services provided: 2-4 prenatal visits, continuous labor support, 1-2 postpartum visits.  I'm available by phone or email throughout your pregnancy and postpartum.
