Services Provided: Interview, 2-3 prenatal visits, visit with care provider (if desired), 1 postpartum visit and unlimited phone contact.

As your Doula I will be there for you prenataly and during the birth of your child, to help you through your Labor and Delivery.  Prenataly we can discuss your birth plan, pain regulating labor positions, and exercises you can do before going into labor.  I can help you go over and understand different questions or concerns you have about anything leading up to and during your birth.  We can discuss hopes, fears, dreams, anything you need.  As a mother you should feel empowered and educated during your pregnancy and through your journey.  I will be there, along for the ride, to guide and support, whatever you may choose.
